COVID-19 - Business Status

Given the current situation, we want to provide clarity over the steps we are taking to respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, including how it relates to the service we provide for our customers.

Auto Advance have temporarily suspended issuing new and top-up loans whilst we carefully appraise and monitor the restrictions affecting the logistics of our loan signing process. Customers may still apply and we will contact you in due course when the situation changes. If and when we do contact you, and can approve your application, our agents are instructed as to how to conduct appointments appropriately, with limited contact and we will continue to monitor the Government's advice as the situation develops.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak we, like all businesses, have made significant changes in our working practices and staffed locations to mitigate our risk and adhere to the Government's advice, whilst ensuring that we can continue to function as a business and provide our customers with a continued high level of service.
