COVID-19 - Business Status

Given the current situation, we want to provide clarity over the steps we are taking to respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, including how it relates to the service we provide for our customers.

Auto Advance are beginning to issue loans again. This will be a gradual process during these difficult times and we may have to ask for further information or evidence about your current circumstances. If your loan is approved our agents are instructed as to how to conduct appointments appropriately without contact, as appointments will be conducted outside with strict social distancing observed. We will continue to monitor the Government's advice as the situation develops.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak we, like all businesses, have made significant changes in our working practices and staffed locations to mitigate our risk and adhere to the Government's advice, whilst ensuring that we can continue to function as a business and provide our customers with a continued high level of service.
